DFW’s High-Impact Business League

MCBA is a nonpartisan, non-profit business league made of DFW’s most influential and action-minded CEOs. We go beyond networking by providing a unique civic engagement program that aims to build a healthy, thriving business community.

We have some of the brightest minds in business bringing ideas to the table, and we are the go-to experts for innovating civic empowerment. We have deep DFW roots, connecting member companies to their communities through voting in local, nonpartisan elections and volunteering with impactful charities.

Nastia Kartseva, Member Experience Manager

Nastia was the second employee to join MCBA and has seen it grow tremendously. She was initially interested in MCBA because it was unique and different from anything else out there. She enjoys the variety in the work and the impact made in DFW communities.

DFW has been her home since she was five years old when her family immigrated to the US. An SMU graduate, Nastia deepened her roots and built a small family business. At MCBA she works directly with all member companies assisting with onboarding, volunteer events and engaging businesses in local nonpartisan election efforts. She loves watching members learn more about local elections and seeing their excitement grow when they start to make a difference.
