A boutique corporate law firm focusing on M&A, Private Equity, Fund Representation, and Venture Transactions. (VW FWD) is an internal firm initiative dedicated to providing financial resources and volunteer hours to organizations and causes that support justice and equal rights for marginalized communities and to educating and providing opportunities for our employees to become agents of social change.
