Community Wins

See the Difference MCBA Has Made

Everything MCBA does supports and improves our communities and MCBA member businesses. We have worked with over 200 companies and our membership currently represents over 10,000 DFW employees. From clean-ups to food drives and voter registration to voter education, MCBA and our members seek to identify needs and act to benefit all.

Success at the Polls

VOTElocal, a  unique MCBA program, helps member companies encourage employees to register to vote, make informed decisions at the ballot box, and vote in local, nonpartisan elections in DFW.

4x Voter Turnout

Typical DFW turnout for local nonpartisan elections is 8%. When companies engage with MCBA’s VOTElocal reminders and recommendations, turnout is four times greater than that of the general population.

Voter Guides

MCBA provides members guidance on candidates and propositions which will support businesses and enable more opportunities for the community. In the May 2025 election, 77% of the MCBA recommended propositions passed.

MCBA Members Step Up and GIVElocal

MCBA proudly partnered with Venturity, MyCarGone, and TEX-DAL Holdings for a meaningful morning at the S.M. Wright Foundation, where together we packed and distributed over 6,000 pounds of food to South Dallas families in need.

Participating in the Foundation’s Thursday Community Days is a hands-on way to make a direct impact in our city. Through MCBA’s GIVElocal program, members not only support their neighbors but also strengthen teamwork and camaraderie within their own organizations.

Simmons Bank Supports the Youth

We are proud to work with our member companies, connecting them with local organizations like Youth World to create meaningful opportunities and experiences for companies to give back to their community.

Recently, Simmons Bank employees spent time with Youth World kids and taught them some of the basics of managing their finances. Thank you to everyone who volunteered their time to pour back into our local community.

Texas Security Bank Cleanup

A huge thank you to Texas Security Bank for their hard work cleaning up Lemmon Avenue through MCBA’s Adopt-A-Block program.

This organization is a great way to engage your company in the local community and keep your streets clean.
